Hattie’s Café is named for the founder and namesake of their organization, Mrs. Hattie Larlham. An organization that has for more than 45 years cared for local children with severe physical disabilities and mental retardation.
More than a store, Hattie’s Café is the culmination of many ideas.
Hattie’s Café & Gifts is a Hattie Larlham vocation program for area adults with disabilities. Our patronage provides a safe and educational environment where people with disabilities learn valuable and rewarding career skills as they contribute to their community.
Our Study Group currently meets on (usually) the Fourth Sunday of each month at the Akron location of Hattie's Cafe'.
